Stronghold Australia is seeking an experienced Fencing Installer / Crew Supervisor to join our team in Sydney. You will install commercial, industrial and security fencing systems and lead a crew on site, organizing daily work, materials and equipment.

Applicants should have fencing installation experience, leadership skills, the ability to read plans, and a commitment to safety. A current driver’s licence and White Card are required.

Formación

• Fencing installation experience.
• Previous crew-leading or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fencing systems, installation methods and tools.
• Ability to read plans and work independently.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to get hands-on.
• Current driver’s licence.
• White Card and commitment to workplace safety.
