Job summary

BET Care Group Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our female-supported team in Wodonga. You will deliver person-centred supports to participants under their plans on a 24/7 roster.

You will follow individual, health, medication, meal, and manual handling plans, build positive relationships with families and stakeholders, and complete mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Current Manual Handling Certificate.
• Current Assist with Medication Certificate.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor client support plans.
• Deliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred manner.
• Build professional and positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.
• Work within the established rhythm of service for the house.
• Fulfil all compliance and mandatory training requirements.
• Work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Female Support Workers to join our team in Wodonga, Victoria to Support Female Participants.

The Role

Using a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability. You will be required to work in line with each participant's plans, including:

• Individual Support Plan
• Health Care Plan
• Medication Plan
• Meal Plan
• Manual Handling Plan

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain and monitor client support plans
