Job summary

Teys Australia is seeking an Office Manager for the Condamine Feedlot in Queensland. You will oversee site administration, provide HR and business support, and help ensure efficient day-to-day operations across the feedlot.

Reporting to the Feedlot General Manager, you will lead two Administration Officers, coordinate employee accommodation and housing inspections, and ensure policies and compliance are applied. A rural background and cattle knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office environment.
• Diploma in Business/Office Administration or related qualification.
• Rural background and knowledge of the cattle industry.
• Senior First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of two Administration Officers.
• Coordinate employee accommodation, lease agreements and housing inspections.
• Coordinate daily office operations, reception, weighbridge and administrative functions.
• Ensure office policies, procedures and compliance requirements are consistently applied.
• Maintain feedlot accreditations and industry compliance requirements.
• MonthEnd Procedures – Stocktake consumables, animal health, commodity, utilities.
• Prepare business reports as required
