Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Change Manager to govern Change Management activities for Unisys-delivered services within a DAFF account in Australia. The role ensures that RFCs are raised, assessed, approved, scheduled and implemented in accordance with customer requirements and ITIL best practice.

You will collaborate closely with technical delivery teams, customer stakeholders and service management functions to provide oversight of change activities, minimise risk and support stable, reliable service

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Change Management process for Unisys delivered services within the DAFF account.
• Review RFCs for quality, completeness and compliance with customer requirements.
• Validate implementation plans, test plans, risk assessments and backout procedures.
• Ensure changes are classified and scheduled appropriately.
• Monitor change schedule and identify conflicts, risks or service impacts.
• Coordinate approvals and manage change escalations where required.
• Maintain change records within ServiceNow.
• Support governance and compliance activities relating to Change Management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Change Management activities.
• Produce regular Change Management reports and metrics.
• Collaborate with Incident, Problem and Major Incident Management functions.
