Wrap Technology is seeking a Change & Release Manager to govern and deliver technology change across multiple squads in Australia. You will own the change and release framework, lead CAB activities, and coordinate releases with Engineering, Risk and Delivery teams.

You bring ITIL knowledge, ServiceNow and Jira experience, and a track record of driving process improvements in complex environments. This permanent role offers a challenging, collaborative environment and the chance to shape

Competenze

• Experience in Change Management, Release Management or Environment Management building process maturity and influencing outcomes.
• Experience managing technology change and software releases.
• Knowledge of ITIL Change and Release Management practices.
• Experience facilitating CAB forums and making risk-based decisions.
• ServiceNow, Jira and Agile delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset balancing governance and delivery outcomes.

• Owning and evolving the Change and Release Management framework across Wrap Technology.
• Leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and release governance forums.
• Managing the release calendar and coordinating technology releases across multiple teams.
• Assessing risk, readiness and deployment plans to support successful releases.
• Driving process improvements, reporting and operational maturity initiatives.
• Partnering with technology, risk and business stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes.
