Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a passionate Stock Controller for our Levi’s Homebush store in Sydney. This full-time role requires experience in stock management, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high store standards in a busy retail setting.

You will manage deliveries, stock transfers, replenishment, and visual merchandising while helping to achieve daily sales targets and ensuring security and loss-prevention procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience.
• Experience in stock management and handling processes.
• Interest in fashion and styling.

Responsibilities

• Lead stock handling processes including processing and unpacking deliveries, store-to-store transfers, replenishment, markdowns, and inventory management.
• Support customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations protocols.
• Assist in achieving stock-related KPIs and work with the Store Manager on improvements.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed store and personal sales targets daily.
• Process sales with cash-handling compliance.
• Adhere to security, safety and loss prevention programs.
• Maintain store appearance per visual presentation standards.
