Job summary

Levi Strauss is seeking a Stock Controller for Levi’s Homebush in Sydney. This full-time role focuses on efficient stock handling, deliveries, transfers, and maintaining store presentation to support sales goals.

You will lead stock processes, support KPI targets with the Store Manager, and provide product knowledge and exceptional customer service. The position offers growth in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail environments.
• Experience in stock management and handling processes.
• Interest in fashion and styling.

Responsibilities

• Lead stock handling processes including deliveries, store transfers, replenishment, markdowns, and inventory management.
• Implement procedures for customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Support stock-related KPIs and work with the Store Manager on improvements.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Meet or exceed store and personal sales and performance goals daily.
• Process sales with cash handling guidelines.
• Comply with security, safety and loss prevention programs.
• Maintain store appearance with visual presentation and housekeeping.
