Qualifications

• 5+ years in General Insurance claims across motor, commercial property and liability.
• Thorough knowledge of general insurance at a Tier-2 level.
• Diploma in General Insurance or RG146 completed or in progress.
• Agricultural experience or knowledge of rural industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex farming insurance claims from lodgments through to resolution.
• Reviewing policies, assessments and reports to determine coverage.
• Establishing indemnity with insured parties and liability with third parties to settle claims.
• Collaborating with legal representatives, experts and service providers for claim evaluations.
• Evaluating claim complexities with technical knowledge to determine settlements while ensuring compliance.
• Managing complaints and disputes professionally.
• Achieve monthly productivity levels as designated by the business.
