Job summary

Little Wishes Early Learning Centre Chermside is seeking a Family Relationships & Administration Coordinator to join our Exceeding-rated service. This permanent part-time role offers 7.5-hour shifts across five days, with flexibility between 6:30am and 6:00pm, contributing to leadership, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

You will be the warm first impression for families, manage enrolments, CCS enquiries, and administration while stepping onto the floor when needed, ensuring our systems,

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Room Leader (highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of CCS and childcare funding processes.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Experience with Xplor or similar Child Care Management Software.
  • Confidence managing accounts and administration systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC) when required.
  • Support daily operational and compliance decisions.
  • Manage administration and front-of-house operations.
  • Oversee enrolments, waitlists, tours, and onboarding.
  • Support occupancy growth and enrolment strategy.
  • Assist families with CCS enquiries.
  • Manage accounts, invoicing, and administrative systems.
  • Ensure accurate compliance documentation and record keeping.
  • Coordinate centre communications (phone and email).
  • Support event coordination and centre initiatives.
  • Manage maintenance requests and contractor liaison.

About the Role

Little Wishes Early Learning Centre Chermside is seeking an exceptional Family Relationships & Administration Coordinator to join our exceeding early learning community.

This is a permanent part-time position working 7.5-hour shifts across five days per week, with flexibility between 6:30am and 6:00pm.

This is a valued leadership position within our centre.

As our Family Relationships & Administration Coordinator, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to daily operational decisions.

This role is predominantly administration-focused, however you will confidently step onto the floor when required. Your early childhood knowledge allows you to understand compliance, operations, and educator support and to recognise when children and teams need your support.

You will be the warm, capable, and professional first impression for families and visitors. At the same time, you will ensure our systems, enrolments, compliance, communication, and accounts run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

This dynamic leadership role includes:
