Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) in Inala is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. The role combines administration, enrolment coordination and support to sustain a positive educational journey for our Little People.

You will shape how we connect with families, support enrolments and improve daily operations, ensuring accurate records, timely communications and a calm, professional approach across diverse situations.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin within the Early Childhood sector.
• Knowledge of NQF, legislation and (ideally) QLD Kindy Funding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence with new systems.
• Strong administrative capability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills — active listening and professional compassion.
• Ability to adapt to diverse personalities, families and support scenarios.
• Consistent “can-do” work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator who has worked within the Early Childhood sector, to join our team in a dynamic role that combines administration, enrolment coordination and support scaffolding a positive education journey for our Little People.

This position gives you the chance to shape how we connect with families, support enrolments and enhance the daily operations of the service.

Monday-Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm.

Location: Inala

The successful applicant should possess the following skills and attributes:

• Experience in admin within the Early Childhood sector
