Little Scholars School of Early Learning – Deception Bay QLD is seeking an Assistant Campus Manager & Educational Leader to support the Campus Manager and drive high-quality curriculum across the service. This role suits a confident, relationship-driven leader with proven leadership abilities and a passion for early childhood education.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR training, and be adept at

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is required.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
• Experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG.
• Ability to interpret curriculum documents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Campus Manager when needed and support/lead your team.
• Oversee development and implementation of studio programs across the campus.
• Provide children with a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Exciting Opportunity for an Assistant Campus Manager & Educational Leader to help lead our Little Scholars Deception Bay Campus!

Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Deception Bay, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that caresfor children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Campus Manager & Educational Leader to support the Campus Manager and lead the delivery of high-quality curriculum across the service. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership attributes and a genuine passion for early childhood education and curriculum excellence.

The successful candidate will need:

• a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

• a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
