Job summary

Procare Group is seeking a Factual Investigator for General Insurance to join our team. The role offers variety and autonomy with tasks including conducting interviews, collecting evidence, and drafting factual reports across Sydney and NSW.

We provide full-time, casual and contractor roles with flexible work options including work from home and office locations. Applicants must have a Certificate III in Investigations and a valid Investigators Licence, plus drivers licence and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations.
• Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E and Master licence).
• Have a current and valid driver’s licence and vehicle.
• Experience conducting General Insurance investigations is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and across Greater Sydney and NSW.

Procare's Factual Investigations Division are seeking Factual Investigators experienced in General Insurance (GI) to join our team. As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!

We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role:

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across Greater Sydney and NSW;
• Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
• Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You:

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E and Master licence);
• Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
• Experience conducting General Insurance investigations is mandatory;
• Have excellentwritten and verbalcommunication skills;
• Strong attention to detailand are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
• If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
