Job summary

Procare's Factual Investigation Division in Melbourne seeks Factual Investigators with experience in Workers Compensation and/or TAC to join our expanding team. The role offers autonomy over daily activities and a varied workload.

As a Factual Investigator you will interview key parties, take statements, gather evidence, and draft detailed reports while coordinating with the investigations support team. Flexible work from home or at offices is available.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence.
• Current and valid driver’s licence and vehicle.
• ASIST Certificate (or willing to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or TAC investigations is preferred.

As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!

The Role

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Melbourne and a proportion of work across VIC;
• Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
• Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You:

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;
• Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
• Hold an ASIST Certificate (or willing to obtain);
• Hold an Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain);
• Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or TAC investigations is preferred.
