Job summary

Procare Group’s Factual Investigation Division is seeking skilled Factual Investigators with experience in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations in South Australia. Roles are available as full-time, casual or contractor positions, offering autonomy over daily schedules.

Key duties include attending locations around Adelaide/SA, interviewing parties, gathering evidence, and drafting comprehensive factual reports.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Investigations is required.
• Investigation Agent Licence must be current/valid.
• Business Investigation Agent Licence required if operating as subcontractor.
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attend locations predominantly in Adelaide and across SA.
• Interview key parties and collect evidence to produce detailed, accurate reports.
• Maintain effective communication with investigations support and relevant parties.
• Prepare and draft factual reports.

Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking FactualInvestigatorsknowledgeableinWorkers Compensation and CTP investigationsto join our expanding team inSouth Australia! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role:

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaideand a proportion of work acrossSA;
• Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
• Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You:

• Hold aCertificate III in Investigations;
• Hold a current and valid InvestigationAgent Licence;
• Hold a Business Investigation Agent Licence if operating as a subcontractor;
• Have a current and validdriver's licence and vehicle;
• Haveexcellentwritten and verbalcommunicationskills;
• Strong attention to detailand are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
