Job summary

Supapanel Australia is seeking Factory Labourers for our Springvale manufacturing site. These casual roles run Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with potential Saturday shifts and a pathway to full-time after 3 months.

This physically demanding position involves working with concrete and steel in a busy factory, following WHS procedures and contributing to daily production targets within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift/move materials.
• Willing to work with concrete, steel, dust and noise.
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working.
• Experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist manufacture of components for the building industry.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools.
• Lift, move and handle materials safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Factory Labourers to join our manufacturing team in Springvale. These are casual positions, typically working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. However, start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements. Additional Saturday shifts may be available based on operational requirements. There is an opportunity to move into a full-time permanent role after 3 months for the right candidates.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working with concrete and steel in a busy factory environment. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the manufacture of components for the building industry
• Operating hand and power tools
• Lifting, moving and handling materials safely
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
