Job summary

Flexiforce in Mittagong, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Labourer to join a well-established manufacturing company. The role involves assembling steel frames and trusses on a production line, using hand and power tools, and performing quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with tool use, good time management, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Ongoing work with a Monday–Friday roster and an immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar labour/production role.
• Able to safely use hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of repetitive manual work.
• Reliable and able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assemble frames & trusses on production line.

The team at Flexiforce are seeking an enthusiastic Labourer to do process work for a well-established Manufacturing company out in Mittagong, NSW. The successful applicant will be using tools to assemble steel frames & trusses on a production line for a company specialising in manufacturing prefabricated building components. This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who enjoys working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What's on offer:

• Ongoing employment.
• 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
• Immediate start.
• Work Hours: Mon - Thu: 7am - 3.30pm Fri: 7am - 1pm

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Assembly process work
• Manufacturing frame & trusses on a production line
• Using hand tools & power tools
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• General ad hoc tasks, as required

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to utilise hand & power tools safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Physically capable of repetitive manual work
• Efficient time management skills
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
