Job summary

Bushmans Group is seeking a Rotational Moulding Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating rotational moulding machines to manufacture thermoplastic products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The position begins as casual with the view to full-time for the right candidate. Expect to assist with equipment maintenance, complete required documentation, and work in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Valid high-risk work licence (Forklift) and White Card.
• Must hold a valid LF - Forklift licence specifically.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 25kg.
• Night shift availability: 4x12hr shifts per week.
• Right to live and work in Australia.
• 5+ years of verifiable work history.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our production team as a Rotational Moulding Operator. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will operate rotational moulding machines to manufacture thermoplastic products in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner. Your role will ensure that product quality and productivity meet the high standards of Bushmans.

You’ll also assist with the maintenance and upkeep of site equipment to keep our operations running smoothly.

We have a casual position available with a view to full time for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For

Commitment to safety and quality in the workplace.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Valid high-risk work licence (Forklift) and White card.

Must hold a valid LF - Forklift licence specifically.

Physical fitness to lift and move up to 25kg regularly.

Ability to work night shifts and in hot conditions.( this position is night shift only 4x12hr shifts per week)

Right to live and work in Australia.

Must provide a verifiable work history spanning 5+ years.
