Job summary

TAG is seeking an experienced Plastic Blow Moulding Technician to join a respected manufacturing organisation based in Forrestfield, WA. You will operate plastic extrusion, blow moulding and injection moulding machinery, ensuring product quality and production efficiency in a safe, team-focused environment.

The role offers 12-hour rotating shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am) with approx. 36–48 hours per week. Successful candidates will have forklift licence and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plastic injection moulding or extrusion blow moulding (essential).
• Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and quality focus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion, blow moulding and injection moulding machinery
• Set up and adjust production lines to meet specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and process issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Complete production documentation and data entry
• Operate a forklift (twin Tyne preferred, if licensed)

Shifts Available
