Excel Recruitment is seeking a reliable factory assembler to join a well-established manufacturing company in Dingley Village, VIC. The role involves assembling products with hand and power tools, reading instructions, and maintaining quality.

You will operate drills, impact drivers, and other workshop tools, perform manual assembly on metal components, and help with packing, labeling and safe, clean production processes. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or warehousing.
• Confident using drills, power tools and basic workshop equipment.
• Experience with metal components and manual assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s license.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking factory assembler with strong experience using hand and power tools to join a well-established manufacturing company located in Dingley Village.

About the Role

• Assembling products using a range of hand and power tools
• Using drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers and other workshop tools
• Drilling, fastening and working with various metal components
• Operating production and manufacturing machinery
• Reading and following assembly instructions and procedures
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Packing, labelling and moving products throughout the production process
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, factory work or warehousing
• Confidence using drills, power tools and basic workshop equipment
• Experience working with metal components and performing manual assembly
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Full Australian working rights
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Availability to start immediately
