Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking Production Workers with hands-on experience using hand and power tools to join a Blacktown-based manufacturing team. You will assemble products, drill, fasten and handle metal components while maintaining safety and quality.

You should have previous factory or warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, good fitness for manual handling, and full Australian working rights with a valid driver's licence.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production workers with strong experience using hand and power tools to join a well-established manufacturing company located in Blacktown.

About the Role

• Assembling products using a range of hand and power tools
• Using drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers and other workshop tools
• Drilling, fastening and working with various metal components
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Packing, labelling and moving products throughout the production process
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, factory work or warehousing
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Full Australian working rights
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Availability to start immediately
