Job summary

Workforce Success is seeking Assemblers and Machine Operators for busy manufacturing workshops across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. If you’re mechanically minded and enjoy learning new skills, this is a role where you can build a long-term career.

You’ll be involved in operating machinery, assembling components, using hand and power tools, reading basic drawings, and ensuring quality throughout production. Full-time hours with an immediate start and full training offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, workshop, assembly or machine operation is highly regarded.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication, production or machinery equipment.
• Assemble and fit components.
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, drill and fabricate.
• Read basic drawings and follow work instructions.
• Quality check finished products and work as part of a workshop team.
