Job summary

Distinctive Wardrobe Solutions in Bathurst, NSW is seeking a reliable factory all-rounder for our small team. You will work across wardrobes and shower screens, using a beam saw, Biesse CNC drilling machine and edgebander, with duties spanning assembly, aluminium/glass work, quality checks and packing.

We value practical, hands-on learners who can notice details, stay reliable and ask questions when unsure. Prior experience in cabinetry or finished-product manufacturing is a bonus.

Qualifications

• NO TRADE QUALIFICATION REQUIRED; mechanical aptitude, reliability, attention to detail and willingness to learn are valued.
• Experience in cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, glazing, aluminium or other finished-product factory is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Operate beam saw and CNC drilling machine to process components.
• Assist with assembly, aluminium, mirrors and glass handling, and quality checks.
• Perform packing and ensure finished products meet quality standards.

WE'RE HIRING A FACTORY ALL ROUNDER

We're looking for a reliable, practical person to join our small Bathurst factory team making wardrobes and shower screens.

NO TRADE QUALIFICATION REQUIRED. We care more about mechanical aptitude, reliability, attention to detail and being willing to learn.

The work includes a beam saw, Biesse CNC drilling machine, edgebander, assembly, aluminium, mirrors and glass, quality checking and packing.

You'll suit us if you:
