Job summary

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking a Facility Projects Team Leader to drive the council's facility capital works program from concept to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams of internal staff, consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality facilities for the community.

The role sits in Band 7 of the Enterprise Agreement with a starting salary of AU$108,138 per year plus superannuation, and offers flexible work arrangements and relocation assistance to support a move to the

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or Project Management with relevant experience or extended experience with lesser qualification.
Experience engaging with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise work, manage risks, deliver on time and within budget.
Experience writing and evaluating project tender specifications; data management knowledge; proficient in Access, Excel and Word; familiarity with project management software.
Experience leading and developing diverse technical teams to deliver outcomes.
