Job summary

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking a Project Management Advisor to drive the Council’s Project Management Framework and support the planning and delivery of strategic, high‑complexity projects. The role focuses on building organisational capability through coaching, training and governance, while influencing outcomes and partnering with stakeholders to deliver community impact.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles across diverse portfolio.
• Experience developing, monitoring and reporting on programs including budgeting, forecasting, financial control and performance evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience in compliance, audit, quality assurance and continuous improvement with strong analytical and Excel skills.
• A current Driver's Licence.
• A current and satisfactory national Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
