Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Facility Manager for a premium aged care residence on Sydney's North Shore. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive occupancy growth, and uphold the highest quality standards across daily operations.

The role offers a substantial package with AUD 175,000 + super, 17.5% leave loading, bonus incentives and parking. You will be supported by Clinical Managers and senior leaders, with ongoing development and a smooth handover.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or Residential Manager in aged care.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to drive occupancy and manage a large, multidisciplinary team.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
