Ventia in South Australia is seeking a proactive Facility & Asset Manager to support facilities management across a portfolio of government sites. You will oversee maintenance programs, manage stakeholder and contractor relationships, and ensure asset compliance.

This role combines operational delivery with project management, site inspections, and customer engagement. A strong background in facilities or asset management, plus excellent communication and administration skills, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
• Conduct site inspections and oversee asset compliance requirements
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Manage minor works projects from scope development through to completion
• Ensure safety, quality and contractual obligations are met

About You

• Experience in Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, Construction, Trades or a related field
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
• Experience managing maintenance programs and service delivery
• Project management experience, ideally within facilities or asset management environments
• Excellent administration and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
