Ventia are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning & Guest Services Manager to lead our cleaning operations supporting Australia’s Defence community. This leadership role drives guest services delivery, safety compliance, and operational excellence across defence sites.
The position requires 3+ years in a managerial role in cleaning or a related field with relevant qualifications. You will lead rostering, budgeting, and capacity planning while partnering with Training to empower your team.

Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police
