Job summary

Ventia is seeking an Accommodation, Cleaning & Guest Services Supervisor to oversee accommodation, guest services and cleaning operations across Defence sites. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating teams, site inspections and admin tasks to deliver high-quality services for Defence personnel.

Reporting to the Transport, Accommodation and Cleaning Manager, you will manage bookings, scheduling and compliance while building strong relationships with Defence stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams within accommodation, hospitality, facilities or cleaning services.
• Strong administrative and computer skills with MS Office and operational systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Ventia is seeking an Accommodation, Cleaning & Guest Services Supervisor to oversee accommodation, guest services and cleaning operations across Defence accommodation sites. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines team supervision, site inspections, stakeholder engagement and administration to ensure high-quality service delivery for Defence personnel.

About The Role

Reporting to the Transport, Accommodation and cleaning Manager, you'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of accommodation and cleaning services across multiple Defence accommodation sites.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading and supporting accommodation, guest services and cleaning teams
• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure cleaning standards are maintained
• Managing accommodation bookings, room allocations, check‑ins and occupancy reporting
• Investigating and resolving customer service issues
• Monitoring contract compliance and quality standards
• Coordinating maintenance requests and service delivery activities
• Completing reporting, data entry and administrative tasks within various systems
• Building strong relationships with Defence stakeholders and customers

About You

• Experience supervising teams within accommodation, hospitality, facilities or cleaning services
