Job summary

Greystar in Adelaide is seeking a hands-on Facilities and Maintenance team member for Accolade on Gray St. You will tackle maintenance requests across apartments and shared spaces, prepare rooms for new residents, and keep lighting and safety systems in good order.

No decades of experience needed—solid practical skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get stuck in are valued. You will log checks, liaise with contractors, and support residents with a friendly, can-do approach.

Qualifications

• Solid practical maintenance skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a trade (plumbing, carpentry, general handyman work, electrical, HVAC, painting, etc.).
• A trade qualification is a bonus — not a must.
• Strong safety basics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Tackle maintenance requests and repairs across apartments and shared spaces.
• Prepare rooms guest-ready for new residents — quick fixes to final checks.
• Keep lighting, safety systems, and general building upkeep in good order.
• Log maintenance and safety checks in our system to stay organized.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers on site.
• Lend residents a friendly hand when something goes wrong.
• Share an on-call roster for after-hours support with the team.
