Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a hands-on Facilities and Maintenance teammate for Accolade on Gray St in Adelaide. You’ll keep the building running, tackle repairs across apartments and shared spaces, and help prepare rooms for new residents with quick fixes and final checks.

No long experience is required, but a trade background is a bonus. You’ll manage lighting and safety systems, log checks, and coordinate with contractors, with on-call duties after hours to support residents.

Qualifications

• Some experience in maintenance, facilities, or a trade.
• A trade qualification is a bonus — not a must
• Handy with tools, comfortable with tech, and a good team player
• Solid grasp of safety basics (manual handling, chemical safety etc)
• Able to lift up to 12kg, climb ladders, and stay on your feet throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Tackling maintenance requests and repairs across apartments and shared spaces
• Getting rooms guest-ready for new residents — from quick fixes to final checks
• Keeping on top of lighting, safety systems, and general building upkeep
• Logging maintenance and safety checks in our system to keep everything organised and on track
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers on site
• Lending residents a friendly hand (and a smile) when something goes wrong
• Sharing an on-call roster for after-hours support with the team
