Greystar is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to own maintenance, compliance, and presentation across two premium South Yarra communities. This full-time role offers stable Monday–Friday hours, with on-call but minimal after-hours work.
You will lead a team, manage reactive and planned maintenance, oversee CapEx projects and budgets, ensure WHS standards, and maintain high resident satisfaction in a Build-to-Rent environment.

About the role:
This is a hands on, full time permanent role where you will take full ownership of maintenance, compliance, and presentation, while building and leading your own team along the way.
Enjoy stable Monday-Friday hours with no weekend work. On-call is part of the role, but call-outs are minimal and most issues are handled during business hours.
You've led facilities or maintenance operations in residential, student accommodation, or hospitality settings, and you're just as comfortable with compliance paperwork as you are getting hands-on.
