Job summary

Programmed is seeking an experienced FM Supervisor to lead day-to-day facilities management on the Sydney Water contract in Western Sydney. You will report to the Facilities Coordinator and coordinate three coordinators across maintenance and projects, ensuring safe, efficient operations on site.

This permanent, full-time role requires WHS awareness, frontline people management, and strong document control.

Qualifications

• Front-line people management experience is beneficial.
• WHS awareness and knowledge are essential.
• Experience with maintenance management processes adds value.
• Good communication and decision-making skills are required.
• Official white card and a full driver’s licence are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety of all employees and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate staff to work safely, productively and as a team.
• Ensure safety documentation aligns with site and client requirements.
• Ensure staff have the skills to operate and maintain equipment.
• Assist in scoping, pricing, and coordinating works including materials and subcontractors.
