Job summary

Victoria Police is seeking a proactive Facility Coordinator to support facilities across the North West Metropolitan Region. The role focuses on maintaining safe and functional workplaces for police members, coordinating maintenance with contractors, and driving service improvements.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will manage requests, monitor outcomes, and help deliver compliant, well-managed assets across multiple sites with a flexible working environment.

• Coordinating facilities maintenance and service delivery across the North West Metropolitan Region.
• Managing service requests and ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
• Working with contractors to coordinate maintenance and improvement works.
• Supporting minor works projects and facility improvement initiatives.
• Building productive relationships with local police members and regional stakeholders.
• Assisting with compliance, risk management and asset management activities.
• Monitoring contractor performance and service outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve services and customer experience.
• Supporting delivery of safe, functional and efficient police workplaces.
