Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) invites applications for a permanent appointment as Coordinator Contracts and Projects. • Experience delivering facilities programs and coordinating contracts.
• Ability to apply Project Management methodologies to coordinate and deliver projects.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management across diverse groups.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure safety, functionality and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to plan and deliver safe, functional and compliant environments across Departmental premises.
• Oversee all scheduled programmed maintenance activities, including regional maintenance programs.
• Apply Project Management methodologies to coordinate and monitor facilities contractor performance.
• Assist the Consultant Assets to deliver Government Regional Officer Housing and the annual Self Insurance Risk Declaration.
• Support pre-employment checks and other compliance as part of the selection process.
