Job summary

Qualifications

• Developing and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders to facilitate, plan and deliver safe, functional and compliant environments.
• Overseeing all scheduled programmed maintenance activities.
• Applying Project Management methodologies in the coordination and delivery of projects monitoring facilities contractor performance.
• Assisting the Consultant Assets to deliver the Government Regional Officer Housing and the annual Self Insurance Risk Declaration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to plan and deliver safe environments.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance programs across regions.
• Apply project management methods to monitor contractor performance on facilities projects.
