Job summary

Pinpoint Property Recruitment is seeking a technically oriented Facilities Manager/Coordinator to own operations within a premium Melbourne mixed-use precinct. You’ll manage critical services, drive sustainability and lead contractor relationships across a high-visibility asset.

You’ll partner with a large property team, ensuring high standards of performance, safety and compliance while supporting future growth and innovation. This role suits someone ready to step up in a flagship asset.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations within premium commercial, mixed-use or complex built environments.
• Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance delivery and contractor management.
• Demonstrated experience in compliance, risk management and WHS.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and capital works delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to balance priorities.
• Trade qualifications or related tertiary qualification highly regarded, or a coordinating role seeking advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of a premium mixed-use asset.
• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance programs across base building services.
• Oversee service contractors and partners to meet contractual standards.
• Drive compliance across essential services, fire safety and WHS obligations.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments and operational audits.
• Coordinate base building and tenant works, including onsite supervision and project management.
• Contribute to budgets, forecasting and reporting for Opex and Capex.
• Support sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting while coordinating with tenants and owners.
