Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium industrial portfolio in Adelaide. You will manage contractors, maintain high service standards, and be the face of FM for occupants and ownership, ensuring timely issue resolution.

You bring 5+ years in FM, strong contractor relationships, robust WHS compliance, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and trades. Immediate start with potential extension.

This is a well-run portfolio with a team that takes pride in the standard they deliver. We need an experienced FM to step in and keep that momentum going while we work through a resourcing change. The assets are premium industrial, the occupants are demanding in the best possible way, and the expectation is high-quality, consistent service delivery.

If you know your way around an industrial portfolio and do not need a lot of hand-holding to get up to speed, this one is worth a look. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity for this engagement to extend well beyond the initial term.

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium industrial portfolio
• Manage contractors and service providers, keeping performance and relationships in good shape
• Be the face of FM for building occupants and ownership, handling issues before they become problems
• Keep compliance, WHS, and risk management tight
• Own the financials, including budget management, monthly reporting, and variance analysis

About You

You have experience in facilities management on industrial / commercial / retail assets and you know what that actually means in practice: high expectations, visible presence, and no room for things to slip. You are available now and you can hit the ground running.

• 5 + years in FM with solid experience
• Strong contractor management background, with the relationships and credibility to get results
• Confident with WHS, compliance, and the reporting that comes with a high-profile asset
• A natural communicator who can hold their own with C-suite occupants and trade contractors in the same day
