Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking an experienced Retail Facilities Manager to support a portfolio of shopping centre clients across Perth, including Joondalup, Butler and Ellenbrook. You will manage facilities, oversee contractors and budgets, and ensure compliant, efficient operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have FM experience in retail/commercial/mixed-use properties, strong vendor relationships and a proactive approach to safety and compliance across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience as a Facilities Manager in retail, commercial or mixed-use properties.
• Experience in structured environments with approvals, budgets and decisions.
• Qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, Trades or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations across multiple shopping centres, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, and running efficiently.
• Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring work is delivered on time and to standard.
• Monitor budgets and deliver capital works projects from planning through to completion.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire, lifts) to minimise disruption.
• Work with retailers and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Champion workplace safety by ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across sites.

Who are we looking for
