Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Maintenance Officer on a permanent, full-time basis (38 hours per week) to support the Property, Buildings & Beach Services unit. The role involves general building maintenance, repairs, and safe work practices across the Northern Beaches community.

• Carry out general building and property maintenance tasks, including installation, repair and adjustment of locks, handles, gates and fences.
• Manage daily customer maintenance tasks and workloads efficiently and on time.
• Provide effective communication and build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to WHS workplace safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
