Job summary

Rich River Golf Club in Moama, NSW, is seeking an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, presentation, and asset performance across the Club precinct. Reporting to the Asset Development Manager, you will coordinate daily activities, supervise a small team, manage contractors, and support refurbishment and capital works.

You will drive the adoption of FM/CMMS systems, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure safe, efficient operations for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff, tradespeople or contractors.
• Practical knowledge of building systems, services and infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and work order systems.
• Exposure to FM software or CMMS platforms, with implementation experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities across Club facilities and infrastructure.
• Supervise a maintenance team of approximately 4 staff.
• Manage maintenance requests, work scheduling and priorities.
• Assist with implementation and ongoing management of FM/CMMS.
• Maintain digital asset registers, maintenance records and schedules.
• Coordinate contractors to ensure safe, timely and compliant work.
• Assist with facility upgrades and capital works delivery.
• Monitor building services, plant, equipment and infrastructure performance.
