Job summary

ASC is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to plan, coordinate and support the safe delivery of facilities across ASC. You will maintain asset records, manage contractor engagement and ensure compliance with WHS and regulatory requirements, including after-hours support when needed.

The role involves coordinating minor projects, budgeting support, and liaison with internal stakeholders to prioritise work programs.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license.
• White Card.
• Forklift and EWP licences desirable.
• Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned, preventive and corrective maintenance across facilities and services.
• Coordinate contractor engagement, site access, inductions and permit requirements.
• Ensure activities comply with WHS, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate minor facility projects, upgrades and improvement works.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, maintenance documentation and reporting.
• Work with internal stakeholders to prioritise work programs and schedules.
• Support operation and reliability of building services (HVAC, fire, electrical, utilities).
