Job summary

Michael Page seeks a experienced Workplace and Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations in Sydney, ANZ. The role focuses on delivering smooth facilities management, sustainability initiatives, and efficient workspace operations across locations.

The successful candidate will oversee maintenance, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, ensure WHS compliance, and support office relocations and renovations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in facilities management, ideally within the retail industry.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Experience with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) models.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
