Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in coordination of commercial facilities management including the supervision of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop facilities maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on support to perform facilities maintenance including general repairs and gardening.
• Ensure buildings meet service requirements and WH&S compliance.
• Manage staff including allocation of work and performance management.
• Lead and coordinate to ensure optimum performance.
