Job summary

Lam Research Corporation seeks an experienced facilities leader to oversee design, planning, construction and maintenance of manufacturing facilities and related systems. You will manage integrated facilities management teams, vendor relationships, and budgets, ensuring health and safety, compliance, and efficient operations across a hybrid on-site/remote model.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of facilities management with direct oversight of outsourced

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing outsourced facility service providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for new and existing manufacturing with a team of engineers and operations manager and facilities vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendors' performance to facilities operations requirements.
• Lead the integrated facilities management team to maintain Cleanroom HVAC systems, chillers, air compressors, vacuum & HT/LV electrical systems.
• Plan and monitor staffing levels and utilization of IFM resources, including overtime.
• Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
• Conduct financial/business analyses including preparation of reports.
• Obtain and review price quotes for procurement of parts, services, and labor for facility service and small projects.
• Prepare operating budgets and variance reports.
• Process invoices and ensure correct cost center coding.
• Provide supervision, recruitment, selection, promotion, and performance appraisals; mentor and coach team members.
• Lead by example and model company values.
