Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Master Scheduler to plan, schedule, and monitor production across engineering plans and specifications. You will work to align material availability, labor loading, and capacity with production needs while interfacing with procurement, production, and engineering managers.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of production planning experience, a background in supply chain or related field, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in production planning or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing and warehouse loading are on time and material availability is monitored.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor production to minimize delays and meet deadlines.
• Analyze production specs data to maximize output.
• Adjust schedules for design changes, labor/material shortages, or backlogs.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure materials availability for production.
• Create and submit status and performance reports on the production plan.
• Collaborate with quality control and warehouse staff to maintain high standards.
