Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator for a FIFO 2:2 roster, based in remote Brisbane. You will lead maintenance operations, manage subcontractors and support asset management while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities coordination or similar experience.
• Experience with FIFO rosters is highly preferred.
• Strong client focus and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work remotely and live on-site during rostered periods.
• NV1 Security Clearance eligibility is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Maximo experience is advantageous.
• Strong planning, communication, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise facilities maintenance across client sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards.
• Manage subcontractors and staff including accommodation and transport.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service delivery.
• Support audits, quality control, and security compliance.
• Contribute to asset management planning and sustainment reviews.
• Foster safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.
