This Facilities Coordinator role supports the delivery of FM services across owned and leased properties, working closely with centralised teams, vendors, and service providers. You'll coordinate day-to-day FM activities using Corrigo CMMS, manage contractor performance escalations, and ensure timely resolution of site issues with minimal business disruption.
The position involves administrative support including processing Change Direct Notices for property transitions, validating assets and compliance documentation, and preparing reports on service delivery. You'll support the implementation of Preventative Maintenance and Asset Management Plans (PAMP), manage landlord communications, and maintain compliance records aligned with contractual obligations. Strong relationship-building skills are essential as you'll collaborate with Property Service Centre teams, FM Vendor Managers, Regional FM teams, Facilities Managers, contractors, and suppliers. The role requires adherence to WHS, environmental, and risk management policies while developing proficiency in JLL's various technology platforms and systems.
