Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for the Moorabbin site in Melbourne. You will drive site performance, safety, quality and cost outcomes, leading a high-impact team and coordinating with planning, supply chain and engineering to optimise production and scheduling.

The role requires strong leadership, unionised-site experience, and deep understanding of GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing site with unionised workforce.
• Proven track record in operations management and site performance.
• Knowledge of GMP and health & safety standards.
• Familiarity with SAP and EWM systems is desirable.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, direction and coaching to direct reports.
• Oversee the site Annual Business Plan, budget and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain and Planning.
• Partner with Engineering on investments and change initiatives.
