UNSW is seeking a Manager, Facilities Assurance and Operational Readiness to lead independent audits across Facilities Management and to drive assurance, safety, and operational readiness. The role manages handovers of new or refurbished assets, ensures compliance, and coordinates with project teams to improve performance and risk management.

The successful candidate will develop robust handover processes, harness CMMS data, and deliver transparent reporting to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in asset management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience designing and embedding audit/assurance frameworks.
• Experience leading handovers for new/refurbished assets into facilities management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead an independent FM audit and assurance framework.
• Leverage data insights and dashboards to evaluate building performance.
• Maintain oversight of audit findings, prioritise actions, and integrate into maintenance plans.
