The role supports safe, timely and well-documented service delivery while enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic asset management and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong maintenance coordination across properties, effective contractor management, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance across multiple properties and vehicles.
• Ability to manage preventative, reactive and planned maintenance.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of licensing, insurance and safety requirements for facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across Carpentaria's properties and vehicles.
• Coordinate planned, preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
• Organise daily activities of maintenance and grounds teams.
• Manage contractors: quotes, works, compliance and performance.
• Maintain asset, property, maintenance and compliance records.
